What is your privacy policy in terms of the personal information I give you?

We will never sell or give out any of your information, including your e-mail address. We do not like all that junk-mail either. You will never get any because of us.

If I do not feel comfortable using my credit card online can I call you with my order.

Absolutely. Call us Toll-Free at 877-553-2214 or 760-471-4344 and we will answer all your questions and take care of your order over the phone.

If I do not see what I want and need on your site can I still purchase it through your company?

Through our retail store, Coach & Play Team Sports, we sell thousands of products not found on this site. We also sell League Direct. So if you are looking for something that you do not find on this site give us a chance to give you an estimate on anything you may need. Contact us at sales@thecoachingstore.com

If I buy more than one item of a specific product, can I get a discount?

Absolutely! Most discounts start after 6 units are purchased; however that is not always the case with the lower or higher priced items. Contact us at discounts@thecoachingstore.com unlike most companies, we are willing to make a deal.

Can I pay by check?

Yes. Send it to 197 Woodland Parkway, Ste. 104-526, San Marcos, CA 92069. Please be aware that your order will be slightly delayed until the check clears. To avoid this you may pay by money order or cashiers check.

Where can I contact you?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you live in California or the package is being delivered in California you must pay 7.75% sales tax on your orders. Nobody else pays sales tax.

Are there quantity discounts for the "DEAL OF THE MONTH."

No, we are either giving away something free or the price is so low that it’s a great buy at any quantity.

Who creates the "Tip of the Month?"

We do, but we are always looking for input. Contact us, or put it on the "Discussion Forum" message board to share your expertise and knowledge. If we use your tip you will receive 10% off of your next order. This also holds true for our "Coach’s Poll".

When my order is placed how long before I can expect to receive it?

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and through the United States Post Office. Your order will take between 3-14 days to reach you once it is placed. The factors will be warehouse availability, the weight of your order and your location. If the order weighs 2lbs. or less we usually send it via Priority Mail and you can expext to receive it within 3 mailing days. If the order is over 2lbs you can expect to receive it within 5 business days. We will e-mail you as soon as we receive your order with exact delivery information. We will work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If I am unhappy with my purchase can I get a refund?

If the product is defective it will be refunded including shipping costs. If the product is unused and unopened a refund will be given, however in most cases the refund will not include shipping costs. For special orders there may be a return cost. VERY IMPORTANT: We do not refund books, CD's, Videos, First Aid Products and worn and used items.

I would like to coach my child’s team but I feel I just do not have enough knowledge. How can I use this site to get help?

All you have to do is ask. Go to the "Discussion Forum". If you do not get some great responses from other coaches, our staff, with over 100 years of coaching experience, will respond.

Do you have discounts for sports organizations?

Absolutely! Contact us at discounts@thecoachingstore.com. Tell us what you need and we will give you a great deal. In some cases we may not charge for shipping costs.

How safe is it to use my credit card on the Internet?

In the early years of the Internet this was a major concern. Millions of purchasers have now found out that it is a safe and efficient way to buy just about anything. We use a separate company to handle our merchant account. They are one of the largest and safest in the world. Can you ship Internationally and if so approximately how long will delivery take?

We do ship to Canada and to anywhere in the world. We can ship FedEx Expedited which takes 3-4 shipping days, FedEx Standard which can take up to 10 shipping days or by United States Postal Service which takes an average of one to two weeks. If your interested in international shipping we ask you to send us an e-mail containing your order at sales@thecoachingstore.com We would then calculate the shipping charge and delivery time. You can then decide if you want to continue with the order. We could then set up your order online or over the telephone.
You can also do the same thing by creating an order in our shop and when you come to the payment area click on "phone". We would then contact you with the shipping and delivery information. You can then decide if you would like to continue with the order. PLEASE DO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER ON-LINE BEFORE GETTING THE SHIPPING COSTS FROM US.
